My name is Tim Bogdanets. I was born and raised here in Erie PA.

I graduated high school early and started working for my uncle's company as a bookkeeper, and within a short period of time, I was promoted as an office manager. Then, I opened my own office management company and now manage a few businesses.

Being surrounded by friends and family in the real estate business has made me interested in this career. With no time to lose, I decided to get my real estate license. Entering into this new career, I am very ambitious and determined to provide the best service I can with the experience I have acquired from office management.

Being up to date with social media and technology advances my capabilities to manage. Problem-solving is my gift, and I'm able to communicate with ease. My fluency in the Russian and Ukrainian language will further provide distinguished service to this community.
